Cartoonist Party in Algiers

Wherever cartoonists go, they find a way to party and grab a mike. Note the guy who comes in to try and quiet us down. Ha. By the way, all that music is coming from the guy in the right corner with a keyboard.

These cartoonists are mostly from the continent of Africa... Congo, Burkina Faso, Algeria, Madagascar, Kenya... as well as the Middle East, Turkey, France, Belgium, Ireland, Canada and 2 of us from the U.S.
